To receive an electronic W-2, you must log-in to greenemployee.com , select “Account Settings”, then “Notifications”, and select “Change your W-2 and 1095-C distribution preference”.

Job1USA now offers online access to your W-2s. Federal guidelines require we have your W-2 sent by January 31st. Mailed W-2s may take 7-10 business days to receive. We are working to get them electronically posted as quickly as possible, but not later than January 31st.

Please note: Any address change made after 1/28/2020 will not take effect.

- The 2019 W-2 reprint has a Processing fee due in the form of a check or money order, made payable to Job1USA in the amount of $5.00
If the request is received after 3/31/2020, the processing fee will be $10.00. For W-2 reprints for tax years 2018 and prior the processing fee will be $15.00.
