1. How do I apply?

Online applications are only accepted at Job1USA.com. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed, and a Job1USA representative will contact you.

2. What types of jobs does Job1USA fill?

We staff for a variety of industries! From manufacturing jobs to professional careers, Job1USA has many options for our candidates. Available positions vary from each Job1USA branch location. Check out our current openings here!

3. How do I complete onboarding/hiring documents?

An account manager will send you an email with a link to your documents. You must complete your onboarding documents on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

4. How do I sign-up for Job1Rewards?

Visit Job1Rewards.com and select “Sign Up”. Complete the form using the same e-mail that we have on record. To confirm your enrollment, please sign-in to your Job1Rewards account once you have completed the form. Please contact Andrea at ameador@job1usa.com with any questions.

5. How do I update my information?

If you need to make any updates to your record, please contact your account manager to make the changes. Please DO NOT fill out a new application.

6. How do I access my paystubs?

Visit Job1USA.greenemployee.com to log-in to your account. If you have not set up an account, please follow the instructions provided in your onboarding documents.

7. Do I pay any fees to Job1USA for finding me a job?

No, there are no fees or costs from your hourly wage for our services. Job1USA does not take anything from your wages.

8. When do I get paid?

Our standard workweek is the 7-day period beginning Monday and ending on Sunday. In most circumstances, employees are paid weekly on Friday. Please check with your account manager to confirm your pay schedule.

9. Do you accept felons?

We accept applications from everyone! Job1USA has a wide range of clients that accept candidates from all backgrounds.

10. Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins at all of our locations nationwide! However, we encourage applicants to call ahead to schedule an appointment to eliminate long wait times.

11. Are Job1USA and Job1America the same company?

No, Job1USA and Job1America are separate companies. If you are interested in Mobis, please visit Job1America.com.
